Sandberg Consultants guides firms’ review and management of financials, including risk, trends, efficiencies, and use of capital, from a solid foundation in decision-making experience and knowledge of finance problems. Thorough analysis in turn becomes the basis for recommending structured approaches to a transition.

Financials are the heart of valuation for most firms. We review the balance sheet to identify potential asset and liability efficiencies, and a valuation range will typically be calculated based on a modified EBITDA multiple in combination with other significant variables. Review covers assets and liabilities valuation, line item adjustments, capital requirements, and tax liabilities. We’ll develop pro forma budgets and propose financial solutions to a buy- or sell-side objective.
